SHIPPING IN GREECE

We offer free shipping on all orders within Greece.

Most orders ship out within 2-7 business days of ordering and credit verification, but we work hard to get all orders out as quickly as possible.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only. No orders are processed or shipped on the weekends or national holidays.

We are working with Speedex Courier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The shipping rate varies according to your Country.
For the following countries there are two choices:
A. DHL Express Delivery (delivery 1-2 days) at 18.00EUR.
B. DHL Standard Delivery (delivery 4-6 days) at 16.00EUR.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatian, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Vatican.

For the rest countries, shipping cost is 35.00EUR with delivery 6-7 days.

Unfortunately, for orders outside the EU, your order total does not reflect the duties and taxes that will be charged to you upon delivery by the shipping carrier. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the item(s) ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

If for any reason your package has been refused at customs, we are unable to refund you the original shipping costs and/or any taxes and duties incurred.

*Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and major public holidays. REVOVIO shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

SPECIAL PACKAGING

Any special packaging that REVOVIO offers to their eshop clients is subject to availability and will be offered while supplies last.

IN STORE PICK-UP

We also offer the option of in-store pick-up. If you choose this option, you may contact our customer service team to schedule an appointment to pick up your order or wait for an email confirming your order is ready to be picked up.
If the chosen payment method is cash on delivery, the order will be available for pick up for 5 days. After that period, the company reserves the right to cancel your order.

This option is available until the moment that you have been informed of the shipment of your order by email. After this point no cancellations or changes to your order are possible.
